..BIRTHEDAY DINNER – Mediterranean cuisine..

Few days ago was my 28th birthday, so I made a small, tasteful dinner for my family and friends.

Inspiration for this dinner was Mediterranean cuisine, colorful and flavorful, such as that summer day.

INGREDIENTS

For the dough

  1. Flour: 600g
  2. Water: 4dl
  3. Oil: 2 tablespoons
  4. Salt

For the filling

  1. Potatoes: 6 pieces of medium size
  2. Onions: 1 larger
  3. Salt
  4. Green Pepper: 2 teaspoons
  5. Black pepper 2 teaspoon
  6. Seeds of fennel 1 teaspoon
  7. Parsley: to taste
  8. Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  9. Piment: ½ teaspoon

PREPARATION

Dough

Knead the dough from water, flour and oil salts. Knead until no longer sticks to your hands. Kneaded dough divided into two parts, brush with a little oil and leave it sit for about ½ h covered with a napkin.

Filling

Peel and slice potatoes into small pieces. All spices grind in a blender.

Potato saute with all the spices until it is ¾ done.

Dough bed and filleting:

Stretch each half of dough on a smooth surface to the desired thickness. I really like when the dough is very thinly. The dough must be turned into a circular shape.

On each crust allocate half of filling. Crust wrap into a roll. When you placing rolls in a pan each roll twists in the form of a snake like you saw in a picture.

Baking

Bake at 150oC for about 40 min.
